Law Practice:

The firm’s multi-state practice focuses on federal (IRS) and state tax controversies that arise between taxpayers and the agencies vested with the authority to administer their tax systems. The controversies may be either civil or criminal in nature. In a civil tax case, the effort is to determine a correct tax liability, plus interest and penalties. Criminal tax cases may result in monetary fines and incarceration, in addition to taxes and other amounts due.
Our firm also conducts an administrative law practice. That practice involves appearing before a variety of government agencies on behalf of persons and entities. Those agencies have included:
